Director and Principal Consultant Riyadh is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council
and member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. With skills in chemical, mechanical and materials science, Riyadh has
over 30 years experience in the resources, chemical, steel, manufacturing and
defence industries gained working in the UK, Japan, and in Australia. He has
been delivering consulting services to the industry since 1997. Since graduating as a Chemical Engineer in 1983, Riyadh has contributed
to many projects and studies focusing on operations, maintenance,
engineering, materials selection, process and product development, and also
on the implementation of business excellence programmes
including Lean and Six Sigma. As a Master Black Belt, Riyadh spent many years leading business
improvement projects, training and coaching clients in improvement
methodologies, business planning and change management.
